Jonnie Stewart Vaught

Jonnie Stewart Vaught, 52, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 13, 2009 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on September 10, 1956, daughter of the late James Jack & Mary Ella Chamberlain Stewart. She was a homemaker and a graduate of Somerset High School. She attained an Associate's Degree as a LPN. She is survived by two daughters, Amanda Stewart & (her fiancé, Travis Taylor) of the Shopville Community and Anna Lee Vaught of Somerset, one brother, Jimmy Lee Stewart of Somerset, one sister, Jackie Lou Stewart of Somerset, former husband, Larry Vaught, three grandchildren, Kirsten Bodie, Alyssa Bodie and Blake Taylor, four nieces, Ursula Stewart, Nikki Stewart, Tara Stewart and Tiphani Baker, sister-in-law, Debbie & (Bruce) Baker of Science Hill, mother-in-law, Shirley Vaught of Science Hill and special pet, Sandy. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gene Stewart. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
