Virgie L. Tucker Morrow

Virgie L. Tucker Morrow, 86, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on February 2, 1930, daughter of the late Cordus and Zelma Keith Tucker. She was the owner and operator of Virgie's Beauty Shop. She was a member of Eubank Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Morrow Boyd & (Dale Fortney) of Richmond, KY and Brenda Morrow Wesley & (Lewis) of Hawthorne, FL, one brother, Fred Carmel Tucker & (Audrienne) of Vera Beach, FL, one sister, Janice Willoughby & (Doug) of Lexington, KY, four grandchildren, Dr. Belinda Wesley Selli & (Mike) of Gainesville, FL, Brian Boyd & (DeNae) of Danville, KY, James Dale Wesley & (Melissa) of Hawthorne, FL and Randy Boyd & (Leighanna) of Stanford, KY, eight great-grandchildren, Hayden and Jarett Boyd of Danville, Morgan and Justin Wesley of Hawthorne, FL, Matthew, Thomas and Alexander Selli of Gainesville, FL and Abbey Boyd of Stanford, KY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Herman Morrow, who died on September 16, 2008, her parents, son-in-law, Jerry Boyd and four brothers, James Ray, Willard, Boyce and Sterling Boyd Tucker. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503.
