Wanda Brotherton

Wanda Brotherton, 76, of Bethel, Ohio, formerly of Pulaski County, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley, Ohio. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on April 19, 1933, daughter of the late Norman and Laura Haynes. She was a factory worker for US Shoe and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by one son, Allen & (Sharon) Ann) Brotherton of Cincinnati, OH, one brother, Charles Haynes of California, two grandchildren, Michelle Elizabeth Balz and Adam James Brotherton, both of Cincinnati and one great-grandchild, Ava Mae Brotherton. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Marshall Brotherton, who died on February 17, 1997, her parents and her brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Saturday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
