Francis Ann Carmack

Francis Ann Carmack, 75, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Ft. Logan Hospital in Stanford. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky on April 1, 1940, daughter of the late Hargis and Gertrude Burton. She was an employee for Vaught Bros. She is survived by one son, Roger Carmack of Eubank, three brothers, Arnold Eldridge of Ohio, Larry Eldridge of Eubank and Edward Eldridge of Hazard, KY and two sisters, Helma Boyd of Atlanta, GA and Irene Caudill of Viper, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Orwin Carmack, her parents, two brothers, Bob Eldridge and Billy Eldridge and one sister, Helen Maggard. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Monday, March 21, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gordon Chaney and Bro. Arnold Eldridge officiating. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
