Bonnie Lucille Denney

Bonnie Lucille Denney, 90, of London, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. She was born in Willailla, Kentucky on September 11, 1925, daughter of the late George and Mary Cummins Long. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Denney of London, KY, one son, Jerry & (Vicki) Denney of Jacksonville, FL, three grandchildren, Joshua & (Renea) Denney, Angie Zomer and Karen Waggoner and six great-grandchildren, Jacob and Taylor Denney, Zach and Roxie Zomer and Jillian and Henry Wolf-Waggoner. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Herschel Denney, her parents, two sons, David Denney and Herschel, Jr., one daughter, Jackie, four brothers and two sisters. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Hall officiating. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly or the Good Hope Cemetery Fund. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
