Robert L. Koeper

Robert L. Koeper, 91, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at Hosice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 10, 1924, son of the late Paul and Verna Law French. He was a machinist for Conners in Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Anna Deller Koeper of Science Hill, two sons, Al Sullivan of Comer, GA and Chuck Sullivan of Goodyear, AZ, two daughters, Norma Sullivan of Science Hill and Debbie McClain of Somerset, two brothers, Donald French of Maryland and Albert French of Pittsburgh, PA, five grandchildren, Kerry Dickerson of Eubank, Christopher Sullivan and Tracy Sullivan, both of Arizona, Dustin McClain of Richmond, KY and John Sullivan of Phoenix, AZ, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Robert Koeper, one sister, Florence Reese and one great-grandson, Arik Tyler. Private services will be held. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
