Rue Anderson

Rue Anderson, 75, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 18, 2009 at his residence. He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on January 19, 1934, son of the late William Turmie and Naomi Smith Anderson. He was a laborer. He is survived by three sons, Donald & (Linda) Anderson of Addison, OH, Ronald & (Arronna) Anderson of Norwood, OH and Larry Anderson of St. Bernard, OH, two daughters, Sherry & (Johnny) Nelson of Cincinnati, OH and LaGena Allen of Laurel, IN, the daughter of Wanda Anderson, two brothers, Jesse Elvis & (Sally) Anderson of Waynesburg and Paul & (Alma) Anderson of Sunman, IN, two sisters, Mary & (Arnold) Simpson and Shirley & (Clarence) Sutton, both of Eubank, sister-in-law, Louise Anderson of Waynesburg, brother-in-law, Wilbur Singleton of Eubank, twelve grandchildren and twenty two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Marie Leigh Anderson, his parents, one brother, Arlie Anderson and one sister, Laura Singleton. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Ashley and Bro. Troy Roberts officiating. Burial will be in McKinney Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
