Willene Jasper

Willene Dyer Jasper, daughter of the late James & Zula Sowders Dyer, was born in Eubank, Kentucky on September 16, 1940 and departed this life on April 3, 2006 at the age of 65 years. She was a retired beautician, a homemaker and a member of Science Hill Christian Church. She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Jasper of Somerset and Shelly Mounce of Ashland, Kentucky, a brother, Freddie Dyer of Ohio, two sisters, Frances Dyer of Somerset and Dessie Wesley of Ohio, two grandchildren, Kristy Blackburn and Kyle Hacker and a great-grandchild, Kody Blackburn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Upton Jasper, who died on December 15, 2000, her parents, two brothers, Herman and Dee Dyer, four sisters, Hester Pendelton, Wanda Pendelton, Violet Langdon and Jessie Dyer and a son-in-law, Robert Hacker. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, April 7, 2006 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Summey officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation after 6 PM Thursday. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
