Crisostomo Zulueta

Crisostomo Zulueta, 84, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Manila, Philippines on January 27, 1932, son of the late Alfonso Rey and Adriana Chaves Zulueta. He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and retired as Chief Petty Officer. He was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann Gilpatric Zulueta of Eubank, four children, Adriana Zulueta of Londonderry, NH, Crisostomo Zulueta II of Apple Valley, CA, Dominique Kay of Alfred, ME and Erica Zulueta, O.D. of Randolph, NJ, two grandchildren, Cynthia MacDougall and Jason Ongjoco, two great-grandchildren, Lily Eileen and Catherine Rose MacDougall and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Monday, May 23, 2016 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 AM with Father Peter Joseph officiating. Burial will be in St. Sylvester Catholic Church Cemetery with military honors by American Legion Post #18 of Lincoln County. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
