Shelby Jean Webb

Shelby Jean Webb, 78, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Danville Center for Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on April 24, 1938, daughter of the late Alonzo and Flora Gibson Noe. She was co-owner of Webbs Garage and a member of Pilot Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Webb, one son, Carl Webb, one daughter, Brenda & (Jon) Venoy, all of Waynesburg, two brothers, Oakley Noe of Batavia, OH and Rick Noe of Georgetown, KY, two sisters, Shirley Apple of Cincinnati, OH and Phyllis Noe of Harlan, KY, one grandchild, Kalen Venoy and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Scott Webb, one brother, Robert Noe and two grandchildren, Tyler Venoy and Joshua Webb. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, June 20 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gordon Chaney officiating. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
