Christine Elizabeth (Tucker) Wallin

Christine Elizabeth Tucker Wallin, 89, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Somerset Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on May 26, 1920, daughter of the late Orville and Mary Dowd Tucker. She retired from the Kentucky State Department of Unemployment. She is survived by one sister, Mary Sue Muse of Somerset, two nieces, Sandra & (Wendell) Denney of Somerset and Rebecca & (Ernest) DeBord of Science Hill and two nephews, Michael & (Jackie) Muse of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Boyd M. Tucker Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam K. Wallin, her parents and two brothers, William O. Tucker and Boyd M. Tucker. Private services will be held with Bro. David Pendley officiating. Entombment will be in Lexington Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Dr., Somerset, KY 42503.
