Bessie E. "Betty" Creiglow

Bessie E. "Betty" Creiglow, 82, of North Highway 27 in Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, June 1, 2009 at her residence. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio on January 9, 1927, daughter of the late Russell Lowell and Bessie E. Schwabaugh Walt. She was a missionary and a member of Science Hill First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bobby D. Creiglow of Science Hill, one son, Mike Creiglow of Brazil, South America, three daughters, Brenda Nix and Arlete Moore, both of Walhalla, South Carolina and Arlene Bradley of Waynesburg, twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Massey, Pastor Dave Parks and Missionary Mike Creiglow officiating. Burial will be in McKinney Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
