Juanita Marlene Gregory Caldwell

Juanita Marlene Gregory Caldwell, 53, of Smith Vaught Road in Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away suddenly Sunday, June 7, 2009 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Juanita was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 29, 1956, daughter of Jack Gregory and the late Tina Juanita Lefler Gregory. She was the second of five children. She was a homemaker and enjoyed talking on the phone with friends. She was a regular caller on Swap-N-Shop, loved fish dinners and going to Just Like Family. She was a member of Buncombe Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Caldwell of Science Hill, one son, Darren Caldwell of Eubank, one daughter, April & (Geary) Bailey of Waynesburg, two granddaughters, Tawana & (Randall) Wright of Monticello and Amadea Bailey of Waynesburg, one grandson, Bryon Dale Bailey of Waynesburg, one brother, Anthony & (Julie) Gregory of Science Hill, two sisters, Rebecca & (Jeff) Champion and Linda Langley, her father, Jack & (Eloise) Gregory, all of Fairmount, GA and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Juanita was preceded in death by one son, Bryan Caldwell, one brother, Jackie Ray Gregory, an infant sister, Lorla Gregory, her beloved sister, Claricea Gregory Haste and her mother, Tina Lefler Gregory. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Woodcock officiating. Burial will be in West Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
