Dennis Edward "Eddie" Stephens

Dennis Edward "Eddie" Stephens, 58, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Indiana on May 25, 1958, son of Earl and Vena Creekmore Stephens. He was a service technician for Industrial Machine & Tool. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Hancock Stephens, his parents, Earl and Vena Creekmore Stephens, two sons, Jason Leigh Stephens & (his fiance`, Tracy Moore) and Shawn Edward Stephens, all of Somerset, three brothers, Danny & (Donna) Stephens of Indiana, Doyle & (Sharon) Stephens of Lexington, KY and Johnny & (Trish) Stephens of Somerset, four sisters, Doris & (David) Brooks and Dora & (Benny) Bryant, both of Campbellsville, KY, Jeannie & (Jeff) Dykes and Debbie Turner, both of Somerset and two grandchildren, Lauren Dawn Stephens and Landon Cole Stephens. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Rev. Ernie Wyatt officiating. Burial will be in Valley Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
