Samuel Robert Joe Carroll Blevins, 1 year 8 months, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on December 5, 2014, son of Robbie Blevins and Keely Renee Rouse. He is survived by his father, Robbie Blevins of Science Hill, mother, Keely Reene Rouse of Eubank, sister, Aiyanna Rouse of Eubank, paternal grandmother, Toni Blevins of Science Hill, maternal grandparents, Jeff Rouse and Donna Rouse of Eubank, great-grandfathers, Joe Vaught and Fred Rouse, great-grandmother, Sandra Spann, two uncles, Chris & (Jessica) Blevins and Joey Rouse, aunt, Rhonda & (ShaDon) Brown and cousins, Chloe Rouse, Layla Blevins, Grayce Blevins, Sammie Blevins, Weston Blevins, Hudson Blevins, Braylon Brown and Keenan Brown. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Bullock and Barty Bullock officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
