Trooper Mason Allen Flynn

Kentucky State Police, Trooper Mason Allen Flynn, 24, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 26, 2016. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 10, 1992, son of Allen Flynn and Jill Renee Keith. He was a Kentucky State Police Trooper and a member of First Baptist Church of Somerset. He is survived by his wife, Katie LeeAnn Parks Flynn of Science Hill, his father, Allen Flynn of Somerset, his mother, Jill Renee Keith of Nancy, paternal grandmother, Jean Gillespie, two brothers, Jarrod Flynn and Cameron Flynn, both of Somerset, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clay and Libby Parks of Eubank and sister-in-law, Lexie Parks of Eubank. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Eugene Flynn. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Center for Rural Development with Dr. Joel Patton and Pastor Joe Altman officiating. Burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 PM Thursday at the Center for Rural Development. The family request donations be made to Shop with a Trooper, Kentucky State Police Post #11. GOD BLESS YOU MASON!
