Mary R. (Strange) Haught

Mary R. Strange Haught, daughter of the late Montie and Edith Dillon Strange, was born in Washington, Indiana on October 29, 1930 and departed this life on April 21, 2006 at the age of 75 years. She was a hostess and beautician and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Haught of Waynesburg, whom she married on September 3, 1949, a son, Michael B. Haught of Somerset, a daughter, Linda & (Mike) Light of Cincinnati, Ohio, three grandchildren, Randy, Ryan and Shaun and two great-grandchildren, Meredith and Jack. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Bill, Bob and Orval Strange and a sister, Evelyn Nolley. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, April 23, 2006 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Aaron Hogue officiating. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery, Waynesburg. Visitation after 6 PM Saturday. The family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or Pleasant View Baptist Church Building Fund. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
