Paul Ottis Blevins, 71, of Nancy, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 11, 2016 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center. He was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on December 21, 1944, son of the late Arvil Ottis and Merla E. Harness Blevins. He was a retired Quality Tech for Tecumseh Company and showed interest later in Interior construction doing stairs and trim molding. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by one son, Marc & (Kaye) Blevins of Nancy, one daughter, Kim & (John) Hutchinson of Eubank, three brothers, Mike & (Connie) Blevins of Nancy, Dennis & (Norma) Blevins and Doug & (Carolyn) Blevins, both of Somerset, four sisters, Stella Gibson of Somerset, Jeannie & (Jerry) Adkins of Eubank, Kathy & (David) Jelley of Georgetown, OH and Carol Blevins of Somerset and four grandchildren, Micah, Victoria, Katie and Kassie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy Lane Blevins, whom he married on July 20, 1963 and who died on February 12, 2016, his parents and a sister, Ileen Dalton. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Hughes and Bro. Tim Fisher officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
