Clifford Thurman

Clifford Lee Thurman, 49, of Jacksboro Road in Bronston, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 27, 1959, son of Fayrene Hudson Thurman and the late Lester Thurman. He was a construction worker and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his mother, Fayrene Thurman of Bronston, three brothers, Russell & (Alma) Thurman and Kenneth Ray Thurman, both of Bronston and Tony Thurman and two sisters, Ruth Ann Carr of Mansfield, TX Kimberly Thurman New & (Hershal Troxtell) of Somerset. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmie Dishman officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Science Hill. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Clifford Lee Thurman Memorial Fund c/o Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
