Robert "Louie" Fitzgerald

Robert Louis "Louie" Fitzgerald, son of the late Carva and Minnie Crawford Fitzgerald, was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on May 15, 1926 and departed this life on May 17, 2006 at the age of 80 years. He was a long-time employee of N.C.R. and the Ohio Metal Products Company. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a faithful member of the Kettering Church of Christ in Ohio. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and following the University of Kentucky Wildcats. He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Carolyn Fitzgerald, a son, Scott Fitzgerald & his fiance' (Jenny), his granddaughter, Sydney all of Red Lion, Ohio, three sisters, Audene Dugger of Merced, California, Dorothy Farmer of Elmwood Place, Ohio and Helen Price of Science Hill and a brother, Gene Fitzgerald of Science Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leonard Fitzgerald. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Monday, May 22, 2006 at Union Cemetery with Michael Hardin, Evangelist officiating. Burial in Union Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
