Robin Elaine Birt Weddle

Robin Elaine Birt Weddle, age 59, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2009 at her residence. She was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on December 11, 1949, daughter of the late Beatrice Birt. Robin was a graduate of Eubank High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed flower gardening and farming. Robin was a self-taught horticulturist. Robin was passionate about her many animals especially Molly and Happy. She volunteered her time to Pulaski County Little League and served as president, secretary and coach. Robin also volunteered her time to the Briar Jumper Booster Club. Robin really enjoyed watching all of her grandsons play sports. She also enjoyed listening to music, especially on her jukebox. Music was a special part of her life. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Paul Weddle, two daughters, Amy Weddle Phipps & (Dan Barnett) of Science Hill, Selena Weddle-McEnroe & (Larry McEnroe) of Somerset, three grandsons, Michael Phipps, Nathan Phipps and Bailey McEnroe and two special friends, Anita and Emma. She was preceded in death by her mother and one daughter, Angela Dawn Weddle. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Albert McKinney and Bro. Shelby Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Following burial, a reception will be held at Eubank Baptist Church.
