Charlie E. Neeley

Charlie E. Neeley, 72, of Grundy Road in Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was born in Kidder, Kentucky on November 19, 1937, son of the late Sherman and Clara Jones Neeley. He was a machine operator for Cumberland Wood & Chair. He is survived by two sons, Everett Joe Neeley and Joshua Heath Richardson, both of Somerset, three daughters, Roxanna Phelps of Somerset, Cheryl Ann Rodriguez of Stanford and Sherry Lynn Neeley of Somerset, one sister, Cloda Mae Owens of Somerset, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, four half brothers, Jesse, David, Junior and James, all of Somerset and four half sisters, Lois, Rhonda, Ruby and Josie, all of Somerset. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Fred Neeley, one half brother, Bobby Gene and one grandchild. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Rev. J.S. New officiating. Burial will be in Randall Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
