Kathy Arlene Wilson

Kathy Arlene Wilson, 53, of Shelbyville, Kentucky, formerly of Pulaski County, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Norton Pavilion Hospice in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on November 17, 1956, daughter of Vada Frances Williams Faw and the late Glenn Allen Faw. She was a former real estate agent with Joe Guy Hagan Century 21 in Louisville, KY. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Middletown. Kathy loved children, animals, nature and enjoyed writing poetry. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her mother, Vada Frances Faw of Eubank, two daughters, Melinda & (Andrew) Schmied of Louisville, KY and Stephanie & (Nick) Willis of Charlestown, IN, one brother, Barry Lynn Faw of Eubank, one sister, Karen & (Larry) Cook of Eubank and four grandchildren, Bailey, Brayden, Ethan and Kaelyn. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Allen Faw. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. C.E. Jacobs and Bro. Bill Meece officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
