Gwendolyn "Gweny" Tucker

Gwendolyn "Gweny" Tucker, 90, of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of Somerset, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 at University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Somerset, Kentucky on July 5, 1919, daughter of the late Elmer and Irene Dutton. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church of Somerset. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Wilma Tucker and Mary Muse, both of Somerset and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Tucker, her parents and one sister, Imogene Dutton. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Somerset Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
