Claudine Griffin Larkins

Claudine Griffin Larkins, 75, of Goochtown Road in Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on September 24, 1934, daughter of the late Bradford and Laura Adams Griffin. She was a former assistant at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home and former employee of Ed Buis Appliance and Furniture. She was a member of Goochtown Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Hershell Larkins of Eubank, whom she married on December 18, 1951, one son, Jackie Larkins of Harrodsburg, KY, one daughter, Pam Adams of Eubank, two grandchildren, Adam Adams of Eubank and Nichole Turner of Sevierville, TN and one great-grandchild, Nicholas Adams of Sevierville, TN. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, May 14, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Gerald Carter officiating. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery with honorary pallbearers as the past and present employees of the Harrodsburg Herald. Visitation will be after 6 PM Thursday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
