Edith M. Tribble

Edith M. Tribble, 69, of Crawfordsville, Indiana, formerly of Lincoln County, Kentucky, passed away Monday, May 31, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospice Center in Indianapolis, IN, loosing her battle to cancer after fighting it for two years. She was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on January 9, 1941, daughter of the late J.C. and Marie Phelps. She retired from Crawford Industries in May 2008, where she was employed for 34 years. She was a member of Parkersburg Christian Church. Edith graduated from Roachdale High School in 1959. She was formerly married to Lloyd Tribble, he still survives. Other survivors include daughters, Kathy & (Mark) Acree of Columbus, OH, Kelly & (Scott) Bryant of St. Marys, GA and Julie Tribble of Crawfordsville, IN, one son, John Tribble of Crawfordsville, IN, eight grandchildren that she thoroughly enjoyed, two brothers, Joe & (Barbra) Phelps of Ladoga, IN, Don & (Cathy) Phelps of Oxford, IN and one sister, Doris Phelps of Jamestown, IN. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Eubank Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:30 PM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
