Darrell R. Wilson

Darrell R. Wilson, son of the late Earl and Elizabeth Baugh Wilson, was born in Ansel, Kentucky on August 17, 1949 and departed this life on October 8, 2006 at the age of 57 years. He was a magistrate of the 2nd district, a member of the Science Hill Christian Church and member of Mt. Gilead Masonic Lodge #255. He is survived by his wife, Gayle Roy Wilson of Science Hill, whom he married on August 9, 1986, two stepsons, Gregory & (Tabitha) Cundiff of Bee Lick, Kentucky and Cody & (Elisabeth) Cundiff of Science Hill, a sister, Mae Warren of Eubank, two grandchildren, Ty White and Clayton Cundiff and a special niece, Agnes Wesley of Eubank. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Harry, Joe, Carl and Everett Wilson and three sisters, Virginia Spears, Ima Hines and Violet Wilson. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Lucas officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Russell County, Kentucky. Visitation will be after 5 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with a masonic service at 7 PM by the Mt. Gilead Lodge #255. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
