Alexzander Dale Bolen, 3 months, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on March 23, 2010, son of Orland and Ashley Phelps Bolen. He is survived by his parents, Orland and Ashley Bolen, one brother, Jadon Bolen, two sisters, Natalie Bolen and Hannah Bolen, all of Eubank, maternal grandparents, James and Rhonda Phelps of Somerset, paternal grandparents, Teresa Carlton of Somerset and Junior Bolen of Floyd County, KY, maternal great-grandparents, Ronnie and Lucille Phelps of Somerset and Nancy Barnes of Somerset, uncles, Brandon & (Shauna) Phelps of Somerset, Ray Rucker of Bronston, Waford "Dan" Bolen and Eligh Bolen, both of Somerset, Cody Bolen, Levi Bolen, Carl Bolen, Chad Bolen and Ricky Bolen, all of Floyd County, aunt, Darnell & (Cody) Lawson of Eubank and cousins, Mallory, Macie and Jenna Phelps, all of Somerset, Autumn Vinyard of Eubank, Chandler Phelps of Somerset, Cherokee Bolen of Harrison County, KY and Stormy McKinney of Somerset. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
