Kim L. Roy

Kim L. Roy, 45, of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital East. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on December 28, 1964, son of the late Marvin and Myrtle Marie Godbey Roy. He was a caretaker for Reynold's Reside in Lexington. He is survived by one son, Trevor Neil Roy of Somerset, two sisters, Kathy & (Roger) Hines of Science Hill and Katie & (James) Johnson of Somerset and close friend Sandy Brown of Lexington, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Pat Lawson officiating. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 AM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Kim Roy Monument Fund. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
