Reva Marie Allen Roberts

Reva Marie Allen Roberts, 59, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Rockcastle County, Kentucky on November 19, 1950, daughter of the late Henry and Velma Chestnut Stewart. She worked in the kitchen at Oakwood for Sodexo Company. She is survived by her husband, Hobert Roberts of Eubank, four sons, Jamey & (Lisa) Allen of Monticello, KY, Michael & (Tisha) Allen of Nancy, Donald & (Heather) Allen of Science Hill and Paul Allen of Somerset, one daughter, Loria & (William) Gilmore of Eubank, one step son, Jay & (Jessica) Roberts of Science Hill, one brother, Eddie & (Norma Jean) Stewart of Mt. Vernon, seven sisters, Linda Lamb of Richmond and Rita & (Merlvel) Brown, Lisa & (Gary) Robbins, Imogean Reed and Millie & (Jerry) Robbins, Betty & (Jack) Hensley and Elsie & (Lafey) Smith, all of Mt. Vernon, four grandchildren, Johnathon Smith, Michael Blake Allen, Kelsey Cooper and Allison Cooper, two step grandchildren, Star Roberts and James Roberts. She was preceded in death by her parents and one step son, Joe Roberts. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Don Berry officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
