Kenneth Robert Rains

Kenneth Robert Rains, 65, of Danville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Monticello, Kentucky on March 27, 1945, son of the late William "Bill" David Lee and Ella Mae Waters Rains. He did carpentry work. He is survived by one brother, Johnny & (Mary) Rains of Eubank, half sister, Ora Mae Phillips of Cleveland, OH, three nephews, Johnny Dean Rains, Marian Joseph Rains and Danny Page and one niece, Joan Page. He was preceded in death by his parents and two nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Goochtown Cemetery with Chaplain Gary Story officiating. Burial will be in Goochtown Cemetery. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
