James Russell Wall

James Russell Wall, 64, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Jimmy was born in Eubank, Kentucky on October 16, 1945, son of the late Emery Russell and Della Faye Bishop Wall. He loved to whittle, listen to his favorite things on the radio and always kept up with his favorite baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds. He was a member of Etna Church of Christ and loved his church family. He is survived by one brother, Jackie & (Phyllis) Wall of Eubank and five sisters, Sue Acton, Pat Morris, Barbara & (Gary) Thompson, all of Eubank, Marie & (Jerry) Scott of Harrodsburg, KY and Melva & (Tom) Palmer of Waddy, KY. He is also survived by seven nephews, Tommy & (Pam) Acton, Billy Acton, Steve & (Sonya) Wall, Chris & (Crystal) Scott, Phillip & (Diana) Scott, Robby & (Chrisa) Morris, Tommy & (Amy) Palmer, eight nieces, Nancy & (Brian) Hargis, Shelia & (Rodney) Sneed, Sharon & (Kevin) Adams, Stephanie & (Scott) Sayers, Heather & (Patrick) Wells, Wendy Palmer, Tammy & (Steve) Brumbly and Julie Tackett, thirty great-nephews and great-nieces and special friends, David and Betty Jo and Elizabeth Waddle. A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Friday, September 17, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Reynolds and Bro. Gerald Carter officiating. Burial will be in Etna Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Friday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
