Carol Ann Mofield

Carol Ann Mofield, 59, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Plymouth, New Hampshire, daughter of the late Russell C. Miller Sr. and Anne Kendrick Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church. She was a Kentucky Colonel. She is survived by her husband, Gary "Duke" Mofield of Eubank, two sons, John Osborn of Eubank and Larry Bridges of Lake City, FL, one daughter, Holly Osborn of Austin, TX, two brothers, Bruce Miller of Ft. Myers, FL and Colburn Miller of Brownsville, TX, one sister, Barbara Dezarn of Ft. Drum, NY, two grandchildren, Micah Osborn and Astralla Godbey and eleven other grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Edward Bridges and one brother, John Scott Miller. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
