Greg Padgett

Greg Padgett, 49, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on April 8, 1961, son of Clinton Wayne Padgett and Josephine Leigh Phipps. He was a mechanic and farmer. He is survived by his father, Clinton Wayne & (Barb) Padgett of Lexington, KY, his mother, Josephine Leigh Phipps of Stanford, KY, one son, Josh Padgett of Dry Ridge, KY, one daughter, Crystal & (Michael) Monday of Crittenden, KY, one brother, Jeff & (Debbie) Padgett of Williamstown, KY, a half brother, Marvin Phipps, one sister, Sherry & (Greg) Cyrus of Plano, TX, two half sisters, Stefanie Padgett of Junction City, KY, Evelyn Oblisk and two grandchildren, Haley Padgett and Macie Monday. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Monday, October 25, 2010 at Parlor Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Tony Hall officiating. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 AM Monday, October 25, 2010 at the church until time for services. Donations may be made to the Greg Padgett Memorial Fund, C/O Morris & Hislope Funeral Home, P.O.
