Evona Mae "Beck" Harp

Evona Mae "Beck" Harp, daughter of Quilla Godbey Roberts and the late Oscar Roberts, was born in Science Hill, Kentucky on May 11, 1955 and departed this life on December 9, 2006 at the age of 51 years. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Kirk Harp, whom she married on September 10, 1983, her mother, Quilla Godbey Roberts of Somerset, a brother, Arthur Roberts of Somerset, three sisters, Omeda Molen, Luetta Roberts and Marie Loveless all of Somerset and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, a niece, Hulda Elizabeth Molen and a great-nephew, Timothy Courtright. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2006 with Bro. Ron Sears officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangments.
