Darrell Blevins

Darrell Blevins, 55, Clifty Road, Somerset, passed away Friday, February 23, 2007 at Britthaven Nursing Home. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on January 30, 1952, son of Opal (Spaw) Blevins and the late Clifford Blevins. He is survived by his mother, Opal Blevins of Somerset, four uncles, Elwood Blevins of Science Hill, Milford Carroll Blevins of Somerset, Bobby Ray Turner of Monticello and Ike Hunter of Indiana, eight aunts, Lena Spaw, Mellie Blevins, Dean Loveless, Allene Blevins, Doris June Fraley, Barbara Blevins, Sue Blevins and Ann Turner and a host of cousins. He was preceded in death by his father. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, February 26, 2007 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
