Drew Inabnitt

Drew Inabnitt, 19, of Eubank, Kentucky departed from this life on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 doing what he loved, farming.

He was born to Tyrel and Brooke (Elliott) Inabnitt on January 22, 2006 in Somerset, Kentucky. Drew played football for both SWHS and PCHS where he touched many lives and made many, lasting friendships. He was a hardworker and loved to farm, where he found his greatest joy on the back of his horse working cattle. He did what he loved and did it unapologetically with a smile on his face.

Drew was a deep thinker, someone who saw the world in ways other often overlooked. He was both sharp and funny, with a sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest days. He had a rare gift for making people laugh, sometimes with a teasing edge, but always with love at it's core. He was, as those who knew him best would say, "the sweetest meanest kid ever." Above all, Drew lived life on his own terms. He pursued what he loved with an intensity that was both inspiring and enviable.

He is survived by his parents; a sister, Jalyn Sweet; a brother, Alex Inabnitt; a niece, Elliott Faye; grandmothers, Teresa Inabnitt and Rhonda Elliott; a great-grandfather, Elmer “Hotshot” Inabnitt; his girlfriend, Destiny Sadler; special friends, Layton Abbott, Knox Kinser, Todd Daulton, and other friends that he called brothers; and a host of family members and friends who will miss him immensely.

He was preceded in death by both grandfathers, Mike Elliott and Ben Inabnitt; and great-grandparents, Geneva and Edward Lay and Betty Inabnitt.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Turner officiating.

Burial will be at Science Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 4-8PM at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
