Bobby Lee Blevins, 76, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born in Rockcastle Co., on June 9, 1948; son of the late Justin and Lucy (Rogers) Blevins. Bobby was a truck driver who affectionately referred to himself as a "professional tourist," he found joy in farming and caring for his Boer goats. He was a dedicated member of Pulaski Baptist Church. Bobby never met a stranger, his life was filled with the joy he had talking to people. Some of his most favored conversations were with some that called him Dad, Brother Bob, Papaw Bobby and Uncle Bob.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Vaught) Blevins; his children, Robert Scott & (Jen) Blevins, Christopher Justin Blevins, Nikki & (Rodney) Todd, Amy Hansford, and Frank Hansford II, & (Monica); grandchildren, Brandon Scott Blevins, Deana Shepherd, Ashley & (Brandon) Rednour, Joshua Blevins, Kaylee & (Cameron) Smith, Carter Hansford, Kynlee Hansford, and Rami Todd; four great grandchildren; and he was the baby boy of a large, loving family of ten; siblings, Martha Hamm, Betty Sutton, Carolyn Sluss, Carl Blevins, and David Blevins; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Justin and Lucy (Rogers) Blevins; and four siblings, Glenn Blevins, Paul Blevins, Wanda Proctor, and Ina Cash.

Pallbearers will be Josh Blevins, Brandon Blevins, Robby Blevins, Rodney Blevins, Jeff Blevins, and Brandon Rednour.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Will Brown and Bro. Chris Jones officiating.

Burial will be in Pulaski Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 10 AM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home until time for services.
