Bee was known for his outstanding work ethic as he worked in the lumber & pipeline industry in his early career. Bee later retired from the City of Eubank. He was a well-respected colleague as he always took great pride in his work.
Bee was known as a Christ-like man, a loving father & a loving grandfather. He will be remembered as the grandfather who loved taking the grandkids to the creek to swim, to Sandidge Grocery for their favorite flavor of an ice cream cone, and the grandfather who helped teach them to drive. Bee let the grandkids steer the wheel of his pick-up truck as he patiently rode along.

Bee took his children to church and he was truly an example of a Godly man. Bee was considered a "spiritual father" at the Spirit of Truth Outreach.
In Bee's spare time, he was an avid coon hunter. He loved spending time with his coon hunting friends. Bee also enjoyed trips to Gatlinburg, gardening, watching UK Basketball games, and family gatherings. Bee was known for his gentle spirit, neighborly ways, infectious smile, and "Rook" playing skills. He enjoyed fellowship at the Eubank Senior Citizens Center until his failing health prohibited him from attending festivities there.
