Ella Marie Hardwick Vaught, 88, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018.
She was born in Wayne County, Kentucky on June 28, 1929, daughter of the late Roy Lee and Zona Thompson Hardwick. She was a homemaker and a member of Estesburg Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Gary Wayne Vaught, one daughter, Janice & (Mike) Smith, both of Eubank, one brother, Paul Hardwick of Salem, IN and four grandchildren, Jason Smith, Melissa & (Jody) Slone and Angela & (Adam) Ping, all of Eubank and Steven Vaught of the Whetstone Community. Her pride and joy was her great-grandchildren, Taylor Slone, Haley Ping and Brooklyn Ping. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Clarence Vaught, her parents, one brother, Herschel Hardwick and one sister, Eva Hardwick.
A funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Eubank officiating.
Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
