John Isaacs

John Thomas Isaacs , 78 born in Somerset, Kentucky on February 2, 1947 passed in his home in Louisville, Kentucky Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Born to the late Sam and Alene (Phelps) Isaacs. He was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky. He retired from Kentucky Higher Education and was an US Army veteran. He is survived by a brother Paul(Anna) Isaacs of Sadieville, Kentucky and a sister Beverly Carey of Salem, Oregon. He is also survived by five children. Heather(John) Kinnett of Monticello, Kentucky. Erin (Victor) Isaacs Atlanta, Georgia. Savannah(David) Pharr of Frisco, Texas. Samuel Thomas Isaacs of Lexington, Kentucky and

John Paul Isaacs of Lexington, Kentucky. He is survived by six grandchildren, Bobby and Jordan Kinnett, Lucia B. and Annalise E. Isaacs and Lily and Isaac Pharr. He is also survived by 4 nephews and 1 niece.

There will be an Internment of his body at the Science Hill Cemetery on Monday March 17th at 1 pm.
