Judith "Judy" Hancock

Judith Faye "Judy" Hancock, 75, of Science Hill passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born in Somerset on May 26, 1944; daughter of the late Clarissia Stout & Ralph Hancock.

She is survived by her partner in life, Glenn Spears of Science Hill; four daughters, Claudette Gordon of Somerset, Megan Shearer of Science Hill, Crystal Spears of Eubank, & Melissa New of Stanford; two brothers, Ralph Hancock, Jr. of Eubank & Troy Hancock of Mt. Vernon; eight sisters, Jewel Wolfe of Science Hill, Geneva Goodman of Somerset, Teri Wesley of Tateville, Sandy Blanton of Somerset, Lena Rose Hancock of Jamestown, Ruth Stephens of Somerset, Sharon Meece of Eubank, & Rita Ringner of Somerset; four grandchildren, Addison Shearer, Brittany Smith, Joshua Smith, & Calli Owens; five great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews; and special friends, James R. Dick & Hazel Dick.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Funeral Service will be held 3:30 PM Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ernie Wyatt & Bro. Randy Ringner officiating.

Visitation will be after 12 Noon Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Judith Hancock Memorial Fund.
