Myrtle Mofield, 89, of Eubank, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Bowling Green Medical Center.
She was born on November 15, 1931 in Kentucky; daughter of the late Oscar & Widdie (Phelps) Whitaker.
She is survived by a son, Ronald & (Kathleen) Mofield of Harrison, Ohio, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Delmar C. Mofield.
A Graveside Service will be held 10:00 AM Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Science Hill Cemetery with Bro. Scott Hughes officiating.
