Paula "Annette" Burton, 62, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away from this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab.
She was born on March 15, 1962 to the late Jack Mofield and Bina (Shadoan) Jones in Somerset, Kentucky. Annette worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Social Worker for 32 years after obtaining her Masters Degree in Social Work.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Burton; her three sons, Benjamin T. & (Shianne) Burton of Eubank, KY, Blakely T. Burton of Eubank, KY, and Bradford T. Burton of Eubank, KY; her sister, Debbie & (Lloyd) Gastineau of Stanford, KY; her granddaughter, Caroline Annette Burton; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 26, 2024 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Chestnut officiating.
Burial will be at Science Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 5PM-8PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulaski County Alzheimer's Center, P.O Box 393, Somerset, KY 42502.
