Suella Mae Boling

Suella Mae Boling, a cherished daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend to many, of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital at the age of 77.

She was born in New Castle, IN on July 27,1947; daughter of the late Joe R. & Rose (Reece) Walden. She worked as a paralegal in Pulaski County until she retired. Suella lived a life filled with tremendous passion for everything she did and accomplished. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends. Suella loved animals, especially her cats. She enjoyed spending time on the lake, gardening, tending to her flowers, shopping, cooking for her family and friends, and taking care of everyone around her. She was known for her humorous personality and her loving, generous heart. She was loved by anyone that knew her. She spent most of her life collecting antiques, but her most prized possession was her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorie Lee Boling Dykes, son Kent (Stacy) Adkins, son Ty Ruben Dale Boling, daughter-in-law Vanessa Ping Boling; grandchildren Kelsea (Jesse) Daughetee, Kaley Wheeldon, Hunter (Tony) Pace, Landon Adkins (Meggan Frederick), Savannah Dykes (Tommy Marshall), Julia Boling, Jacey Boling; great-grandchildren Sophia Ramey, Isaiah Hensley, Henrik and Eleanor Daughetee, Theodore and Carmen Pace, and Kelly Marshall; brothers Jerry (Kathy) Walden and Larry (Susie) Walden; a host of brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in New Castle, IN as well as her beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Boling; son, Kelly Joe Adkins; son-in-law, Gerald Paul Dykes; and her parents, Joe and Rose Walden.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Saturday, October 26, 2024 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
