Terrance Gregory Grant

Terrance "Terry" Gregory Grant, 69, of Science Hill, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

 

He was born June 27, 1951 in San Diego, California; son of the late John A. Grant & Patricia Messerschmidt Grant. 

 

He was an Aerospace Ground Equipment Repairman in the Air Force. Although limited by over 20 years of heart disease, he worked doing remodeling and renovating, enjoyed traveling and watching wildlife on his farm, and being with friends and family.

 

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kathy Phelps Grant. Also surviving is a brother, Alan & (Wilda) Grant of Nicholasville; a nephew, Jared & (Kate) Grant of Georgetown; a niece, Lauren & (Edward) Herrmann of New Albany, Indiana; an aunt, Mildred Oveross of San Diego, California; and numerous other relatives and friends. Also special childhood friends, Blake Hittle of San Diego, California and Duke & (Donna) Pullman of Seal Beach, California.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, John Albert Grant and his mother, Patricia Messerschmidt Grant.

 

Private services will be held at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Evans officiating.

 

Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
