William Jeffery Mullins

William Jeffery Mullins, 46, of Eubank, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born in Hazard on April 23, 1973; son of the late James Edward & Jeanette (Wells) Mullins. He was a fork lift operator for many years at Pulaski Pallet in Science Hill.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Patricia Mayhew; a son, Andrew Mayhew & (Ravin Cassidy); two daughters, Ashley & (Aaron) Moore and Brittany Moore; two brothers, Dennis & Anthony Mullins; a sister, Tammie Dick; three grandchildren, Trysten Moore, Landon Moore, & Madilynn Mayhew; and a host of nieces & nephews he loved like his own.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, William Jeffery Mullins.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, July 19, 2019 at the Chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Ferlin Price officiating.

Burial will be in Mullins Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11:00 AM Friday, July 19, 2019 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
